Computer Time, CO Refund Policy

All refunds for downloaded software require pre-authorization by Computer Time, CO. All request for a Return Merchandise Authorization must be made within 30 days from the date you received the product's registration key. Computer Time, CO must receive a completed Affidavit of Software Destruction within 30 days of the Purchase Date. No refund will be made until the Affidavit has been received by Computer Time, CO, or if you exceeded the time requirements as described above. Computer Time, CO is not responsible for delayed, lost, misdirected correspondence material, or any other form of communication. Only products purchased directly from Computer Time, CO will qualify for a refund.

You must obtain from Computer Time, CO an Affidavit of Software Destruction which must be completed and returned with in the allow time period. You must also destroy all copies of the software you may have made or stored in any place, as well as uninstall the software from any computers owned or controlled by you or where you have installed the software. Once you have returned the Affidavit of Software Destruction to Computer Time, CO all licenses and registration keys to software listed in your Affidavit will be made invalid. Any further use of listed software will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights.

All Affidavits of Software Destruction must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number issued by Computer Time, CO printed on the form. To receive a RMA #, e-mail us at refunds@ctpvr.com, or write to: Computer Time, CO., 367 Windsor Highway, New Windsor, NY 12553, USA. You must provide positive identification and proof of purchase; i.e. order number. If Computer Time, CO is able to identify your order, and the request is made within the timeframe described above, you will receive the RMA # as well as a copy of the Affidavit of Software Destruction for you to complete and return. All refunds will be made in the same manner you used to purchase the product.
